Will the world really turn out this way one day? Let's hope not, but with all the sadness of what happens Kimberly shows you there is always someone that can survive through it. 99 % Fat-Free Italian Cooking: All Your Favorite Dishes With Less Than One Gram of Fat
Published in Hardcover by Doubleday (16 March, 1999)
Authors: Barry Bluestein, Kevin Morrissey, and Grant Kessler
Average review score:

Delicious recipes
This is a great book for anyone who loves Italian food. The low-fat recipes are delicious, use mostly common ingredients and are easy to make. The only illustrations are a small selection of photos in the middle.

The book starts out with a brief description of the ingredients and some suggested menus. Fat & calories are listed for each dish. Each recipe has a sidebar with severing suggestions, recipe variations, or background on the ingredients.

Recipes include appetizers, soups, breads, fresh pastas, sauces, polenta, salads, pizzas, desserts, and liqueurs. There are also many main dishes with vegetables, seafood, meat, and poultry.

Some of my favorite dishes include the spinach calzone, lemon risotto and chicken piccata. My friends loved the ricotta & basil tortellini. The chocolate and raisin biscotti served with coffee is also divine.

Ain't Misbehaving (Second Chance at Love, No 256)
Published in Paperback by Jove Pubns (March, 1985)
Author: Jeanne Grant
Average review score:

Fighting for life, finding love
Mitch Cochran once had dreams of playing football and becoming a wandering cassanova. That all changed at fifteen when his heart began to fail. Thriteen years and a miracle operation later, he has a new chance at life but little of love's education to guide him.
Kay Sanders has been burned a few times by love. She now lives her life as a caring, warm spirit that finds Mitch Cochran irresistable. The two come together and sparks immediately fly. His own insecurities cannot stop her loving assault and they find a chance at love.
The characters are greatly developed and the story is beautifully developed. Never has a kiss been more beautifully described in words.
This is a charming albeit hard to find book, if you can find it, enjoy it fully.

Great book about interesting region
My grandparents were Danish settlers in the area of Fort McMurray Alberta. I grew up in the same area, and even though I live in Wisconsin now, the region is a fascinating combination of resources, colorful personalities and changing economic times. As this book shows, a railway or a refinery can change an area forever. It has helped me to understand my origins. Recommended.
